Last week myself and Rhi travelled to rainy ol’ Cardiff for the stunning wedding of my good friend Chris and his beautiful bride Rebecca.
Chris and Beccy tied the knot in the family run Manor Parc Country House located in Thornhill, Cardiff in the Hotel’s Cedar Room before continuing celebrations in the beautiful and naturally lit Orangerie. The new Mr and Mrs Taylor continued their evening celebrations back in the Cedar room, joined by more friends after a highly efficient turn around by the extremely efficient hotel staff.
Despite the inevitable (almost) April showers, the couple weren't prepared to let the wet weather dampen their special day and even embraced the outdoors for a couple of photos. However, due to some pretty ghastly wind and sideways rain we were forced indoors and continued the couple’s shots in the comfort of the country manor house.
It is always an honour to be considered to photograph a friends wedding and having competed at Water Polo against Chris for the best part of the last eleven years and in more recent years playing alongside him on the international stage, this particular wedding was no different.
Thank you for having both myself and Rhi at your special day. We had a great time and it is so lovely to see how happy you both make each other. Wishing you all the best for your newly married lives together.
